Return Policy for Grace Bloom Co.
At Grace Bloom, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fine and luxury jewelry. We understand that purchasing jewelry is a significant decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom or personalized pieces, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@gracebloomco.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box.
We will provide the return shipping label to ensure safe passage back to our corporate office.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. (Maybe will include this part) Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
